find critical points
when x = -3
y = log2(1)
this is saying
2%5Ey+=+1
the only value of y that makes this true is y+=+0- anything to the zero power is1
when x = 0
y = log2(4)
this says
2%5Ey+=+4
y+=+2 makes this true
