Question 357034: solve for p: 3p/p-3=2+9/p-3
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
solve for p: 3p/p-3=2+9/p-3
Multiply thru by p-3
3p = 2(p-3) + 9
3p = 2p-6 + 9
3p = 2p + 3
p = 3
-----------
Looks good, but that makes the denominators zero.
So, there's no solution.
