\ =\ 6x\ +\ 1)
(x)\ =\ a\left(b(x)\right)\ =\ \left(\left(6x\ +\ 1\right) +\ 3\right)^2\ -\ 5)
(x)\ =\ \left(6x\ +\ 4\right)^2\ -\ 5\ =\ 36x^2\ +\ 48x\ +\ 16\ -\ 5\ =\ 36x^2\ +\ 48x\ +\ 11)
The other one works the same way. Substitute the definition of 
in place of the independent variable in the definition of 
and then simplify.
