Well, if
represents time in years as opposed to some other time unit, then multiply 10 times -0.0456 giving you -0.456, Then raise e to the -0.456 power. You do this on your calculator with the inverse ln function. That is, enter -0.456, click inverse, then click ln. Multiply the result by 500. Done.
