Your first step is good!
Expand the second exponent.
The second factor on the left shows the exponents being subtracted so this means division:
Multiply both sides by
Perform the indicated multiplication by adding the exponents.
The bases (2) are equal so the exponents are equal.
Divide both sides by 14.
