We look for an integer to factor out:
The largest integer that will divide into the absolute values
of the coefficient 24,4,12, and 4, is 4. So we would factor out 4,
but since the leading term would be negative and we like it to be
positive, we will factor out a -4 instead

We look for a letter to factor out:
The smallest power of x that occurs in every term is x2, so we
also factor out x2.  So we factor out -4x2. 



Divide the term  by  and get 
Divide the term  by  and get 
Divide the term  by  and get 
Divide the term  by  and get
