Question 54986: All right. I had this major hard quiz in algebra, and I'm curious about this one question. Can you please please please please please help me? I have to know and your website is the only one with the answer!
3|w - 4| + 7= -4
Now this may not be exactly the question, but I need help on something in the equation. As you can see, the 3 is right next to the abs sign (which is this |). Do I distribute the 3 into the abs brackets or do I do 3 multiplied by w - 4. Thank you so much for helping me. If you could get me this answer by tomorrow, it would be very much appreciated.
