I started out factoring by grouping which gives me x^3(x+1)+(x+1)..but I am totally stumped on what the solutions are.

Question 46412: Hi, I have to simplify 16x^4yxy^3x^9x I kind of just looked at it and found: 16 x^15 y^4. Is that right? Even if it is, I don't understand how I can show work for it when there isn't any- or should I always show work for this type of problem? Thank you!
