ok am not sure what math you are in but since i am in Algebra 2 right now i can pretty much emeber my kind of problems
A(B+C)=A(B)+A(C)
let me give you some examples
3(2+4)=3(2)+3(4)
=3(2) this means to multiply them
so =6
=3(4)
=12
ok now 6+12 =18 and thats your answer
