I assume you mean: 5x^2 + 35x + 60 = 0
:
You can simplify this by dividing equation thru by 5; then you have:
x^2 + 7x + 12 = 0
:
This is easily factored to:
(x+4)(x+3) = 0
:
The two solutions:
x = -4
and
x = -3
