Use FAIL:
F: (7s^2)(3s) = 21s^3
O: (7s^2)(8t) = 56s^2t
I: (-3t)(3s) = -9st
L: (-3t)(8t) = -24t^2

Ans: 21s^3 + 56s^2t - 9st - 24t^2
