I would combine like terms and do any simplifications in the parenthesis first and then distribute.
1/5 (4j + 2k -6j +3k)
1/5 (4j-6j + 2k+3k)
1/5 (-2j + 5k)
1/5 (-2j) + 1/5(5k)
-2/5 j + k
So after simplifying and distributing, the answer is

Follow the BODMAS law
Which says first solve:-
B=Brackets
O=Orders or Powers
D=Division
M=Multiplication
A=Addition
S=Subtraction
so you should solve Parenthesis first
=1/5 (4j + 2k -6j +3k)
=1/5 (-2j+5k)
=-2j/5+5k/5
=-2j/5+k
