A duplicating machine can produce 60 copies per minute, but the machine takes 15 minutes to warm up before any copies can be made.
1. If this machine produced 300 copies how long was it on?
2. If this machine produced 2500 copies how long was it on?

1. 300 = 60(m - 15)

dividing by 60 ___ 5 = m - 15

adding 15 ___ 20 = m

seems to work okay...
