Question 497515: How do you do this problem? -(7t-4s+3)
Answer by Flannery(124) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The minus sign in front of the parentheses is really a negative one. Multiply each term inside the parentheses by -1 (use the distributave property). All it will do in the case of multiplying by -1 is change the sign in front of each term. Hence -7t+4s-3 is the answer.
