Answer by algebrahouse.com(1659) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Slope-intercept form is y = mx + b.....get it to read "y = "
x - 1
------ = -9
5y
x - 1 = -45y {multiplied both sides by 5y}
y = (-1/45)x + 1/45 {divided both sides by -45}
