The GCF is the greatest factor that each term has in common
Split it into parts:
GCF of coefficients 5,30,35 is 5
5/5 = 1
30/5 = 6
35/5 = 7
GCF of x^7, x^5, x is x
GCF of y^5, y^4, y is y
Put it together, the GCF = 5xy
Divide each term by 5xy
