Hi
simplifying
50x^4y + 40x^3y^2 + 8x^2y^3
2x^2y(25x^2 + 20xy + 4y^2)
2x^2y(5x + 2y)(5x + 2y)
Note:SUM of the inner product(10*xy) and the outer product(10xy) = 20xy
