%281%2F6%29y%2B7-15=-3+ Multiply


6%28%281%2Fcross%286%29%29y%2B7-15%29=6%28-3%29 Multiply both sides by the LCD 6 to clear any fractions.


y%2B42-90=-18 Distribute and multiply.


y-48=-18 Combine like terms on the left side.


y=-18%2B48 Add 48 to both sides.


y=30 Combine like terms on the right side.
