adding 15 ___ 0 = 15 + 13x - 6x^2

you are looking for factors of 15 and -6 that can "combine" to give 13

3,5 and 6,-1 ___ 3 * 6 = 18, 5 * -1 = -5, 18 - 5 = 13

0 = (3 - x)(5 + 6x)

0 = x - 3 ___ 3 = x

0 = 5 + 6x ___ -5/6 = x
