Simplify:
Distribute the 5.
Evaluate.

To answer this problem, you just need to distribute 5 to 2x and 7.
To distribute means to multiply it to every term.
So 5(2x)=10x and 5(7)=35.
Since it is (2x+7) you take the addition sign with you, and your answer would be 10x+35.
