Question 171529: 25x(x3 +5)(2 -6)
Answer by midwood_trail(310) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I think you tried typing this:
25x(x^3 + 5)(2 - 6)
Simplify section by section.
We apply the distributive rule to remove the parentheses.
(25x^4 + 125x)(-4)
We now use the distributive rule again.
I will place (-4) on the left side of the quantity (25x^4 + 125x)for easy reading.
(-4)(25x^4 + 125x)= -100x^4 - 500x
You can factor (-100x^4 - 500x) to simplify further.
I'll let you that.
If you cannot, write back.
