Question 153738: How do I work this prolbem?? (100+2)[(7^2-9)(5+1)^2] thank you
Answer by jim_thompson5910(35256)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!

(100+2)[(7^2-9)(5+1)^2] = (100+2)[(49-9)(5+1)^2]
                        = (102)[(40)(6)^2]
                        = (102)[(40)(36)]
                        = (102)[1440]
                        = 146880

So (100+2)[(7^2-9)(5+1)^2] = 146880
