7(9q-3r): first multiply 7 by 9q, then 7by -3r
+5(-8q+2r): multiply 5 by -8q, then 5 by 2r
add up the like terms

7(9q-3r)+5(-8q+2r)
63q-21r -40q+10r
23q-11r
