You need to know the order of making operations and follow to this order.


First, you need to multiply 2 by (6x - 1).


Can you do it on your own ?



Then you need to combine the terms with "x" in one group and all other "constant terms" into the other group.


Then you need to calculate how much are the terms with "x". Such a term is unique, so you have this addend "12x".


The combination of the constant terms is (-17 - 2 +5).

You need calculate how much is it.   It is  -14.



Therefore, the final expression is  12x - 14.    


It is your final ANSWER.
