Okay, from
-4x+3y=-22 and
2x+y=6
let us multiply the second one by two and add it to the first one...we get
-4x + 3y = -22
4x + 2y = 12
-----------------
5y = -10
y = -2
Plugging in to the second one we get
2x - 2 = 6
2x = 8
x = 4
Solution is (4, -2)
