(x,y) = (1, 1).

I.e.  x=1  and  y=1.

Indeed,  if you substitute  x=1  into  f(x-5),  you will get  f(1-5) = f(-4),  which is  -1  by the condition.

Hence,  f(x-5)+2 = -1 + 2 = 1,  which is the value of  y  in the pair.
