Question 98057: can you please help me find the slope and y- intercept of Y=-1/3+6
Answer by kiljoy(51) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I'm going to assume you meant to put an "x" in there after the -1/3 coefficient.
So you equation follows the standard equation for a line.
where m defines your slope and b defines your y intercept.
In your equation the m is -1/3 and the b is 6.
