we know that if (h,k) be the center of the circle and r be the radius of the circle then equation of the circle is (x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2
so here equation is (x -(-5))^2 +(y-(-4))^2 = (5sqrt5)^2
or (x+5)^2 + (y+4)^2 = 125
