Ok, so your equation looks like
Looking at this equation, it is clear that we do not have a y in it, which means that there is no y intercept. When we have just an x, it is stating that we have a vertical line at some x intercept on the graph.
To find the x intercept, what we need to do is solve for x in your equation. So to do that we would multiply each side by 4, so the equation would look like this:
