You can put this solution on YOUR website!
What one would want to show is "How many households have how many children?"
You group all the answers that have no childred together and count them. I see 4 households that have no children. So, for no children, the count is 4. A line chart of this would have a line labeled 0 (for number of children) and would be 4 long.
The same is done for each of the other numbers of children. I see 6 households that have 1 child, 6 households that have 2 children, etc.
A start would be to draw lines for those three numbers of children:
Number of children |
0..................|XXXX
1...................|XXXXXX
2..................|XXXXXX
etc.
I have shown this as a horizontal chart because it is easier to type here, but you could turn the chart 90 degrees to the left and get a vertical chart.
