Equation for a line: y=mx+b, m=slope, b=y-intercept
slope=∆y/∆x=(-4-2)/6-1)=-6/5
y=-6x/5+b
solve for b using coordinates of one of given points(1,2) on the line
2=-6/5+b
b=2+6/5=16/5
Equation of given line:y=-6x/5+16/5
