Well as you know that in coordinate system the first value ( value before comma, which in this case is 4) always represents the value of x. So the value of x is 4.
Now put this value of x=4 in the equation and you will get the answer as shown below.
3(4)+4y=24
I think you can solve it now but still here is the solution.
12 +4y=24
4y = 24-12
4y =12
y=12/4
y = 3
So the value of missing coordinate is 3.
