Question 705601: Ok so today i have just started high school, my 3rd high school, and in class today my math teacher said that we need to finish a work sheet and i know how to do some of it but this i just dont understand. we have to find the Coordinates of the vertex. one of my promblems is y=3x^2

Since x^2 is never negative, the lowest value that y can
have occurs when x = 0.
If x = 0, y = 3*0^2 = 0

So the vertex is (0,0)
