How to pot graphs when doing slopes.....for example.......y=3/4x+3
The y-intercept is 3 so put a point at (0,3)
The slope is (3/4) which shows you the change in y/change in x
For your problem the change in y = 3 when the change in x = 4
Put your pencil on (0,3), move it 4 to the right and 3 up to
the point (4,6)
Draw a line thru (0,3) (4,6)
That is the graph you want.
