I worked it out 2y=-x+6 y=3 slope -1/2 I am not sure if that is correct and I do not know how to graph it.

write the equation of the line with slope-1/2 and -y intercept(0,3) then graph

The slope-intercept form of the line is y=mx+b
You are told the slope is 1/2 and the y-intercept is 3
So, the equation is y=(1/2)x+3
To graph you could find the x-intercept:
Let y=0, then 0=(1/2)x+3
(1/2)x=-3
x=-6
You now have two points: (0,3) and (-6,0)
Plot those two points and draw a line thru
them. That is your graph.
