Graph 3x + y = 3
Let x=0 and solve for y
3(0)+y=3
0+y=3
y=3 Plot (0,3)
:
Let y=0 and solve for x
3x+(0)=3
3x=3
3x/3=3/3
x=1 Plot (1,0)
:
Connect the points and you have this line:
