Equation of the straight line point-slope form
m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
Given
m=1/5, Points (-1,4), (x,3)
Plug in the values in the above equation
1/5=(3-4)/(x-(-1))
1/5=-1/(x+1)
1(x+1)=-1*5
x+1=-5
x=-5-1
x=-6
