Y*0=0=X+7.......HENCE IT MEANS SLOPE IS 1/0..OR INFINITY..THAT IS THE LINE IS PERPENDICULAR TO X AXIS OR PARALLEL TO Y AXIS...SO IT DOES NOT MEET Y AXIS ..SO THERE IS INFINITE OR UNDEFINED Y INTERCEPT
