The 1st step is to get the number equal. In order to do this you need to muliply the top by five and the bottom by three to get the following:
15r-25s=-40 and 15r+9s=198. Subtract them and don't forget to change the signs on all of the bottom coefficients. At the end you will get -34s=-238, this will equal s=7. Plug this into one of the equations and solve for r which is 9. Anytime when dealing with ordered pairs, the letter of the alphabet that comes first is x. So to conclude the answer is (9,7).
