Time equation:30t+60s = 11*60 seconds

Divide thru the Time equation by 30
t + s = 14
t + 2s= 22

Subtract and solve for "s":
s = 8 (# of sixty-second commercials played)

t + 8 = 14
t = 6 (# of thirty0second commercials played)
