2 linear eqns give 2 straight lines.
Find 2 points, draw a line thru them.
4x + 5y = -2
x=0, y = -2/5 --> (0,-2/5)
y=0, x = -1/2 --> (-1/2,0)
Those are not far apart, so find a 3rd point
x=5, y = 18/5 --> (5,3.6)
Plot the points, draw a line thru them.
