All points are in the form (x,y) X being the x-axis (horizontal) and y-axis (vertical) The X-axis is negative to the left and positive to the right and y is positive going up and negative going down.
To plot the first point (-2,0) go two to the left on the X-axis put a dot on that point and make it any letter you want. Point A
For your third point (-1,-3) go left then down.
