Question 328661: are the following lines parallel y=2x=5 and y=2x-10
Answer by rapaljer(4671) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You have an error in the first equation--two equal signs. However, whether the second equal sign is a + or a -, it does not affect the slope of the line. The slope of both lines is 2, so the lines are parallel.
