How do I find what y is when I have three pints and my slope? Example: find y, (-4,3)and(12,y) slope 1/8
---------------
I see 2 points, no pints.
The slope, m = diffy/diffx
m = (3-y)/(-4-12) = 1/8
(3-y)/-16 = 1/8
3-y = -2
y = 5
