Move all variable terms to one side and have the non-variable terms on the other side.
Slope intercept formula: y=mx+b
Standard Form Formula: Ax+By=C ...or... Ax+By+C=0
Example:
Standard Form:
An acceptable alternative is to move all terms to one side and have 0 on the other side.
Example:
Alternative Standard Form:
Remember any of the terms can be + or -, how you position them is what's important when answering the question.
