what is an equation for a line that is parellel to y = 2x + 0?
----------------
There are an infinite number of lines paralled to that one.
Parallel lines have the same slope.
y = 2x + 0 is in slope-intercept form, y = mx+b, where m is the slope.
So any line with a slope of 2 is parallel,
y = 2x + 1
y = 2x - 1
y = 2x + b where b is any value other than zero (0).
y = 2x + 0.006
y = 2x - 6561
y = 2x - pi, etc.
