Find the slope of the line: y-5=0.

Get in the form  y = mx + b, then the slope will be m

y - 5 = 0
    y = 5

Insert the term 0x

    y = 0x + 5

Compare to

    y = mx + b

The slope m = 0, and the y-intercept is (0,b) or (0,5)

So the graph is this horizontal line:
