You need help understanding how to graph what? Straight lines? Parabolas, ellipses, circles?
The only thing I can tell you is that if you have an equation in x and y, pick some values for x (you only need different values if you are graphing a straight line), plug them into the equation and solve for y. Every time you do that you have 2 values, the x value you picked, and the y value you solved for. Those two values give you an ordered pair (x, y) that you can plot on your graph. Then all you have to do is connect the dots.
