Hi,
Using points (-6, -15) and (3, -6)
Slope = y2 - y1/x2 - x1
Slope = -6-(-15)/3-(-6) = 9/9 = 1
Using the formula: y - b = m(x - a)
=> y -(-15) = 1(x -(-6))
=> y + 15 = 1(x + 6)
=> y + 15 = x + 6
=> y = x + 6 - 15
=> y = x - 9 C
Hope this helps :-)

check:
does it go through ( -6, -15 ) ?

OK
You can check the other point

If you look at all the equations - although I don't know why 3 of them have underscores - you'll notice that they all have DIFFERENT slopes.
Therefore, you just NEED to FIND the SLOPE, based on the GIVEN points. That's all!!!

If you look at all the equations - although I don't know why 3 of them have underscores - you'll notice that ONLY 1 of the four has a slope of 1.
You should be able to figure out which one!!!
