You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you want to find the equation of line with an undefined slope which goes through the point (4,-8), simply draw a vertical line through x=4:

drawing%28500%2C+500%2C+-5%2C+13%2C+-17%2C+1%2C%0D%0Agraph%28500%2C+500%2C+-5%2C+13%2C+-17%2C+1%2C0%29%2C%0D%0Ablue%28line%284%2C-20%2C4%2C20%29%29%2C%0D%0Acircle%284%2C-8%2C0.1%29%2C%0D%0Acircle%284%2C-8%2C0.15%29%0D%0A%29+ Graph of x=4 through the point (4,-8)

So this simply means that the equation of the line is x=4 (notice y is not in the equation. So this means this equation is not in slope-intercept form)
